Right to return products
As a customer, you have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days for free depending the orders made in Finland. Free returns only apply to orders made in Finland.
A returned product and the product packaging must be in the same condition as when received, the returned item must be unused. The returned product must be in the original packaging without any unnecessary marks and originally packed. Faulty products or products that have been broken or damaged during delivery can be returned by mail to our warehouse for inspection.
The package containing the returned product should include the dispatch note. if you want to exchange the product, you should contact us via email at email@example.com.
If the product is damaged we will send a new/replacement product free of charge to replace damaged and faulty products. If it is not possible to replace the damaged product, the customer will get the money back. Handling of product exchanges and returns takes about 1 to 10 weekday.
According to the law, an undelivered shipment is not automatically a product return, but the customer must separately notify the customer of the sale. For uncollected shipments, we only refund the price of the product. If the product is delivered free of charge (orders over 150 eur) and is returned as an uncollected shipment, the cost to the customer is 12 eur.
Damaged or faulty product
If the product is damaged on the way or is incorrect, please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org. After that, we will give you more information about how to handle the matter.
Return or exchange for another product
If it is a return, we ask that you also add the shipping list to the shipment. We handle orders paid through the bank directly through Paytrail. In the case of Collector, Jousto and Klarna invoices and partial payments, we make a refund for the returned products to the service provider itself when the product has been returned. We take 1-10 business days to process returns after the product has been returned. In urgent cases, please contact our customer service: email@example.com.
If you want to change the product to another size, please contact our customer service firstname.lastname@example.org and we will take the product aside to wait.
Free customer returns (only in Finland) can be made by writing the following code and address to the post office: 619890 RS Store Finland, Ruukintie 9, 10330 PINJAINEN.
