Special-scale carpets
It is possible to deliver special-scale carpets, though the width of the carpet has to be either 75, 120, 140 or 160 cm. The pricing works the same way as with the standard sized carpets. In this case we ask you to contact our customer service: info@ratiashop.com.

Delivery time and freight paid delivery
The products are custom-made and after placing an order the delivery time is 2-3 weeks.
Freight paid delivery of carpets worth more than 150 euros. Delivery only to Finland.

Care instructions
Vacuum cleaning and airing when necessary. Removal of stains immediately with a clean, damp cloth. Do not rub.

Wash instructions
Dry wash with foam or gentle professional wash at a maximum of +30°C with mild detergent. Do not soak or rub. Rinse carefully with plenty of water. Excess water can be removed with eg. a roll press. The carpet should be shaped when damp and dried on an airy plane. Do not fold.
